LPKF SolarQuipment GmbH offers 24/7 service to its customer to ensure optimal system availability. When placing laser scribers into service technicians and engineers are available to ensure a smooth production launch. During the operating phase of laser scribers you are supported by skilled service staff – whether via our hotline, remote diagnostics or on site.

A manufacturing system’s availability largely depends on a solid basic design and long-lasting, sturdy components. High availability goes right along with low technical downtimes caused. With respect to the machine an easy to service design and little effort making readjustments after replacing parts are essential, for example with prealigned optical components and the use of air bearings in the main drives of the Allegro laser scribers.
In addition LPKF has trained service personnel close to production. Our on-site service technicians are able to quickly analyze and resolve the issue which led to the malfunction. Local service personnel are supported by skilled colleagues at the Suhl headquarters. A large number of malfunctions can already be recognized through remote maintenance. A local stock of spare parts and wear and tear items further reduce repair times.
